I need help finding my way back to GOD.

I have been saved for the majoridy of my life. Some how I Slipped away from GOD. I know I want to be saved but it seems hard to get back to how I was in Christ before. I am also sick in my body and do
not have any insurance. Please pray that the Lord will deliver me.
